Responsibilities
- Lead litigation cases (banking disputes, professional negligence, fraud, regulatory matters)
- Supervise and mentor junior team members
- Engage in business development and strengthen client relationships
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered)
- ideally 4-8 PQE (applications outside this range considered)
- Strong experience in financial litigation, secured lending, property litigation, or commercial litigation
- Knowledge of CPR and the litigation process
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Commercially aware with business development exposure
