Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making
• Influence senior stakeholders and steer strategic initiatives
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes

Key requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least 5 years post-qualified experience
• Extensive experience in finance business partnering within insurance
• Strong understanding of insurance financials (underwriting, reserving, claims dynamics)
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead strategic initiatives
• Exceptional financial modelling, planning and analytics skills
• Proficiency in finance systems and data tools for performance reporting
