In this Engineering Manager role within the Basecamp Technology group at G-Research in London, you will lead the strategy, design and delivery of critical engineering and research-facing systems. You guide and grow a high-performing team of engineers, collaborating with stakeholders to build best-in-class tooling. Key requirements
- Proven ability to lead strategy, design, delivery and operations for large-scale infrastructure
- Experience managing and developing high-performing engineering teams
- Strong track record owning end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-phase initiatives
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, with a focus on performance, scalability and reliability
- Experience driving continuous optimisation and performance improvements in production environments
