Financial Transformation – FS – Senior Manager – Middle East Corridor

Overview

In this role you will lead finance transformation programs for clients in the Middle East, improving the efficiency of finance functions and delivering value through regulatory change. You will mobilize cross-functional teams and shape technology-enabled solutions while expanding client relationships in banking, insurance, and asset management. You will drive business development around the CFO agenda and contribute to building a scalable FS FT practice. You will mentor and coach junior staff to grow the team in a high-growth market.

Responsibilities

• Mobilise and lead major/complex Finance programmes in the Middle East
• Manage cross-functional global engagement teams (internal and client)
• Lead development of technology-enabled client solutions and propositions
• Pursue business development opportunities around the CFO agenda in the Middle East
• Build and leverage relationships to support Partners and Directors in sales activities
• Lead internally generated solutions and training within FS FT capability
• Form teams to support development of initiatives to grow the practice
• Assist with goal setting and coaching of staff
• Support formal and informal coaching & mentoring of junior team members

Key requirements

• Significant experience in finance transformation consulting
• Experience analysing strategic and business drivers of Financial Services
• Broad knowledge of the Finance function and Finance operating models
• Strong people manager capable of leading large teams and coaching others
• Experience working on client sales teams and developing client relationships
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders
• Programme and project management experience
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to deliver high-level presentations to senior executives and stakeholders
• Ability to review and challenge information to ensure it is fit for purpose and properly granular
• Willingness to travel to the Middle East for client delivery
