Business Development Manager – Products

Overview

In this role, you drive new business across the Products market, engaging enterprise clients in Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, and Professional Services to advance digital transformation and consulting engagements. You’ll lead discussions with C-suite stakeholders, cover full sales cycles, and develop a robust pipeline with both direct clients and partners. You’ll craft solutions that unlock value, differentiate Avanade in a competitive market, and help clients transform ways of working. This is a chance to shape growth in a fast-moving, tech-enabled environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage enterprise clients across specified sectors and drive industry-focused discussions with C-suite stakeholders
• Identify high-potential transformation deals and lead and run multiple sales cycles
• Prospect, acquire, and develop new and fast-growing business and drive incremental revenue
• Collaborate with partners to generate new business and align on opportunities
• Build and maintain a growth pipeline, including statements of work and contracts
• Interact with new and current clients to gain referrals and build trust that opens doors
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, competing offerings, and market penetration of services/solutions

Key requirements

• Experience in net new sales for digital transformation and consulting services to enterprise clients
• Ability to drive complex sales cycles and close deals in a consulting environment
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills
• Comfort engaging with senior executives across industries
• Experience working with partners to drive new business
• Knowledge of market conditions and competitive landscape in relevant sectors
