Overview

In this role you will lead the global Total Rewards strategy to align compensation, benefits, wellbeing, recognition, and executive rewards with Inizio’s business priorities. You will advise the executive team and Board on governance, market practice, and regulatory readiness for a high-growth international organisation. You’ll drive strategic reward projects and ensure policies are scalable and compliant, partnering with Finance, Legal, and HR to support growth. This role offers visibility at the executive level and an opportunity to shape reward strategy across a global platform.

Responsibilities

  • Set and lead the global Total Rewards strategy aligned with business priorities and culture
  • Own global compensation, benefits, wellbeing, recognition, and executive reward, including job architecture and benchmarking
  • Run the annual reward cycle (salary reviews, bonuses, equity, executive pay) with cross-functional partners
  • Advise CPO/HRLT/Board on strategy, market competitiveness, risk, and governance
  • Lead strategic reward projects (EU Pay Transparency, gender pay gap reporting, job architecture, reward tech)
  • Harmonise policies across Inizio for scalability and compliance
  • Oversee data readiness for M&A, financing, IPO readiness; support governance and reporting
  • Prepare board-ready remuneration papers and ensure disclosures for SEC compliance
  • Develop and coach the Total Rewards team; engage with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery
  • Foster governance, transparency, and compliant reward programmes across the organisation
  • Monitor market trends and translate insights into practical recommendations for senior leadership
  • Lead change management for major reward initiatives and ensure effective communications and training

Key requirements

  • Senior-level Total Rewards leadership experience in a global, high-growth organisation
  • Expertise in global compensation, benefits, and rewards; strong US/UK/Ireland market knowledge
  • Experience designing enterprise-wide reward strategies and executive compensation programmes
  • Proven track record preparing disclosure materials for U.S. public companies or IPO readiness (SEC/CD&A, Summary Compensation Tables, pay-for-performance disclosures)
  • Ability to collaborate with Legal, Finance, and external advisors and to produce board-ready materials
  • Experience as a senior leadership team member contributing to broader people strategy and enterprise decisions
  • Strong programme leadership for compensation cycles, benchmarking, and reward transformation
  • Strong change management, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills with ability to use reward data to guide decisions
  • Experience with global job architecture, governance, and reward analytics
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
