Investor Relations Manager

Overview

In this role you will support fundraising and investor engagement for a private markets platform aiming to expand relationships with institutional investors. You will translate investment strategy and portfolio updates into clear communications and coordinates with cross-functional teams. The position involves preparing materials, managing due diligence processes, and driving consistency in investor messaging across digital infrastructure projects. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to enable timely, accurate information flow and progress tracking, making a tangible impact on fundraising outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising activities and ongoing relationships with institutional investors
• Manage investor due diligence processes, coordinating DDQs, RFPs and responses
• Prepare and maintain fundraising materials, investor presentations and fund updates
• Translate investment strategy and portfolio developments into investor communications
• Coordinate investor meetings, AGMs and follow-up activities
• Collaborate with investment, finance and legal teams to ensure accurate information
• Maintain CRM records and track investor engagement and fundraising progress

Key requirements

• Relevant experience in investor relations, capital formation, product specialist roles or private capital advisory
• Strong understanding of private markets and closed-end fund structures
• Infrastructure experience preferred, with digital infrastructure exposure valued
• Experience producing investor materials and managing institutional due diligence
• Strong written communication, analytical and project management skills
• Collaborative approach and comfort working with senior stakeholders
