Overview

In this role you will supervise a section of a multimillion-pound civil engineering scheme in Oxfordshire, ensuring delivery to quality and safety standards. You will oversee ITPs and QA, and mentor junior engineers on your section, working closely with a veteran team to drive project milestones. The position combines hands-on site leadership with technical coordination in highways/structures schemes. This is an opportunity to shape delivery on high-profile civils projects within a reputable contractor.

Responsibilities

• Look after a section of works on a multimillion-pound civil engineering scheme
• Managet ITPs and QA processes for the section
• Supervise Site Engineer, Graduate Engineers and Trainee Engineers on your section

Key requirements

• Proven track record delivering civil engineering schemes as a Section Engineer
• Experience with a civil engineering contractor
• Experience on civil engineering schemes (preferably highways and structures)
• Civil engineering degree or equivalent (preferable)
• ICT skills including AutoCAD
• Problem solving skills
• CSCS card
• Eligible to commute to Oxfordshire
