Programme Manager

Overview

As Programme Manager for the Onesat Payload Major Module, you will lead a cross-functional team on a groundbreaking, software-defined satellite project. You drive delivery commitments, financials, risk management and schedule oversight while maintaining strong customer transparency. You’ll partner with the leadership team to enable delivery and adapt to a dynamic, high-visibility space environment. This role offers meaningful impact in shaping next‑gen space capabilities and collaboration across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Understand and lead an embedded team of ~10 direct reports, guiding when to lead or coach the team
• Drive programme success aligned with commitments: specification, CBS, WBS, risk & opportunity management and schedule
• Maintain strong external customer satisfaction and full transparency on progress
• Focus on operational performance and quality targets within the programme
• Support knowledge transfer and collaboration with the wider Airbus space organisation
