Overview

As Legal Counsel at Foster + Partners, you will provide commercially focused legal guidance on high-profile design and construction projects within an international portfolio. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to review contracts, negotiate terms, and manage risk, while supporting both contentious and non-contentious construction matters. This role sits at the heart of a global design business, offering exposure to complex projects and dispute resolution activities. Key requirements

• Qualified legal professional with construction law experience
• Strong knowledge of both contentious and non-contentious construction matters
