Overview
In this role you will support the delivery of major infrastructure programmes by providing accurate planning, cost, risk and performance information. You will work within an established Project Controls team and collaborate with project managers, commercial teams and stakeholders to enable informed decision‑making. You’ll implement integrated programmes, monitor progress and support governance and reporting across multidisciplinary projects. Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and monitor integrated project programmes using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
- Support planning, cost control, forecasting, change management and risk analysis
- Produce project reports, dashboards and performance metrics for internal teams and clients
- Analyze project progress, identify programme risks and opportunities, and support mitigation planning
- Assist with earned value management (EVM), project reporting and governance processes
- Collaborate with project managers, commercial teams, planners and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Support continuous improvement of project controls processes, systems and reporting
Key requirements
- Previous experience in a Project Controls, Planning or Project Controls Engineering role
- Experience supporting major infrastructure, engineering or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, cost management and project reporting
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
- Experience with Power BI, Excel and project controls reporting tools is advantageous
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree qualified or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline is desirable
