Overview

In this Senior Manager role, you will lead advisory work on the funding and financing of infrastructure for public and private sector clients. You’ll drive end-to-end projects within a vibrant Infrastructure & Capital Projects team, partnering with government and private entities to shape major procurements and financings. You will manage mid-to-large programmes, develop client relationships, and contribute to business development while fostering an inclusive team culture. This role offers exposure to high-profile programmes across infrastructure sectors and the opportunity to influence strategic financial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of advisory projects focusing on funding and financing of infrastructure
• Build trusted client relationships and act as advisor on major commercial and financial decisions
• Independently manage engagements or major workstreams within large programmes
• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to junior team members
• Manage diverse, inclusive teams and recognise contributions
• Support marketing and business development activities and prepare research/documents for proposals

Key requirements

• Experience in a commercial or finance-focused role within government, a private sector bidder, or another advisory firm
• Exposure to PPP, project finance, joint ventures, outsourcing, franchising or similar contracts
• Understanding of the financial, commercial, and regulatory landscape of infrastructure, government technology, or service contracts
• Experience with financial models
• Proven ability to lead project teams and influence stakeholders in multi-party environments
