NQ Casualty Solicitor

Overview

In this role you will join a leading Legal 500 firm’s Casualty team in Birmingham to handle challenging, high-value defendant casualty cases. You will work within a prestigious personal injury practice and gain exposure to complex claims both domestically and internationally. The position targets ambitious NQ solicitors (up to 3 PQE) seeking rapid development in a market-leading environment. Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of high-value defendant casualty claims
• Assist in handling complex personal injury matters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on case strategy
• Ensure high-quality client service and timely file progression
• Support senior lawyers on challenging/large-scale PI cases
• Maintain accurate file notes and comply with regulatory requirements

Key requirements

• NQ solicitor (up to 3 PQE)
