Senior UX Designer

Overview

As Senior UX Designer you will shape best-in-class experiences for SharkNinja’s global DTC websites. You combine strategic UX thinking with hands-on design, guiding end-to-end work from discovery to high-fidelity interfaces. You’ll define global UX principles and partner across Product, Engineering, Marketing, CRO and Analytics to drive measurable business impact. This role sits in the Global Digital Store Centre of Excellence and focuses on scalable, accessible, data-driven design across markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UX design process from discovery to handoff to engineering
• Translate complex customer and business needs into intuitive digital experiences
• Create clear user journeys, interaction models and prototypes for stakeholders and engineers
• Balance customer needs, brand, commercial objectives and technical constraints
• Deliver responsive, mobile-first experiences across SharkNinja’s global DTC ecosystem
• Plan and conduct user research, usability testing and customer interviews
• Leverage analytics and CRO data to inform design decisions and validate hypotheses
• Contribute to global UX standards, design systems and Figma libraries
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design throughout the design process
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Creative, Marketing, CRO and Analytics to align on goals

Key requirements

• 5+ years in UX or Product Design
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX work
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (prototyping, components, libraries, design systems)
• Experience with user research methods and independent planning
• Experience using analytics, CRO and experimentation to inform design
• Experience contributing to A/B testing programs
• Understanding of interaction, responsive, mobile-first design
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards
• Collaboration with Engineering and understanding front-end constraints
• Strong analytical skills translating data into design decisions
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience evolving scalable design systems
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects
