Responsibilities

• manage UK and international contentious construction disputes (adjudications, mediation, arbitration)
• handle delays and disruption, defects, payment disputes, and professional negligence issues
• contribute to strategic growth and scaling of the construction practice
• collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• provide mentoring and support to more junior lawyers

Key requirements

• 5+ PQE
• E&W qualified
• experience in a UK law firm within a dedicated construction team
