Responsibilities
- Advise on restructures, redundancies, and employee relations issues
- Handle TUPE and transactional employment work
- Manage complex litigation for employers
- Run own caseload while collaborating with partners on high‑value matters
- Collaborate with regulatory and commercial teams across the firm
- Contribute to growth and development of the employment practice
Key requirements
- 4+ PQE with broad employment law experience
- Qualified solicitor (employment law)
- Experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters
- Strong ability to advise employers across multiple sectors
- Collaborative mindset
- Strong communication and client-relations skills
