Innovation / Legal Tech Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead the strategic adoption of GenAI and legal technology across a leading international law firm. You will partner with lawyers, knowledge professionals, and tech teams to align solutions with business and client needs. You drive adoption, training, and change management to improve efficiency and service delivery. You will shape how legal services are delivered by bridging legal practice with technology, delivering measurable outcomes and impactful innovation.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to leverage GenAI and legal technology to address operational challenges and enhance client delivery
• Partner with lawyers and knowledge teams to map workflows and identify technology-enabled improvements
• Drive adoption of current and emerging legal tech solutions through engagement, training, demonstrations, and ongoing support
• Collaborate with technology, innovation, training, and knowledge teams to ensure solutions meet business and client needs
• Translate legal and business requirements into actionable tech solutions
• Lead presentations, workshops, and client discussions showcasing the value of legal tech and GenAI
• Support change management initiatives for successful implementation and sustained adoption
• Monitor adoption, usage and effectiveness of solutions and provide insights for continuous improvement
• Stay informed on trends, tools and developments in legal tech and AI
• Capture and share success stories, best practices, and case studies to promote firm-wide innovation

Key requirements

• Experience in legal technology, legal operations, innovation, knowledge management, change management, or related field
• Strong understanding of legal technology platforms and GenAI landscape
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to engage senior professionals
• Experience delivering training, workshops, or technology adoption programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on practical outcomes
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups
