Cloud Engagement Leader – Financial Services

Overview

In this senior, revenue-owning leadership role, you will drive Microsoft cloud transformation engagements for Financial Services clients in the UK. You’ll coordinate with EPAM leadership, delivery teams, Microsoft stakeholders and client executives to shape, close and expand cloud-enabled programs. You will own bookings and revenue, guiding clients on AI, data, cloud modernization and application innovation. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on collaboration to deliver sustainable, scalable growth in a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Microsoft business within your portfolio and drive ownership of bookings and revenue closure
• Initiate, shape, close and expand Microsoft cloud transformation engagements across priority accounts
• Guide clients on AI, data, cloud modernization and application innovation strategies
• Coordinate across Sales, Practices, Microsoft and Delivery to ensure cohesive, scalable delivery
• Act as a strategic coordinator to support revenue growth and client outcomes
• Act as a portfolio business owner with accountability for performance and results
• Collaborate with EPAM leadership and client executives to align with company goals
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to accelerate cloud-enabled transformation initiatives
