Site Manager

Overview

In this role you will oversee day-to-day site operations on large civils projects across highways and power sectors, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain compliance with company and statutory requirements. You will travel nationwide to support multiple sites and projects, reporting to the Construction Manager or Project Manager. This position offers meaningful impact in delivering safe, on-time, high-quality works and contributing to project-wide success.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and personnel
• Ensure works are executed to specifications, programme, and quality standards
• Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
• Travel nationwide to support multiple sites and projects
• Support junior staff and report to the Construction Manager or Project Manager

Key requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on civil engineering or construction projects
