Overview

In this role you will lead executive and senior leadership recruitment across AB Agri and shape onboarding for leadership hires. You will drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance the employee experience, wellbeing, and employer brand across the organisation. You’ll design inclusive hiring processes and coordinate AB Agri-wide initiatives that connect colleagues and strengthen engagement. This high-visibility position partners with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful talent strategies that support the company’s mission of responsible nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for executive and senior leadership roles
• Develop search strategies, market mapping, and direct sourcing of leadership talent
• Design interview processes, assessment frameworks, and scoring rubrics for evidence-based hiring
• Coordinate tailored onboarding and 90-day success plans for leadership hires
• Drive AB Agri-wide initiatives on inclusion, wellbeing, employee networks, engagement, and employer brand
• Utilise recruitment and engagement data to improve leadership hiring and employee experience

Key requirements

• Significant experience delivering senior leadership or executive recruitment
• Strong direct sourcing, market mapping and candidate assessment experience
• Experience creating interview assessments, frameworks and scoring rubrics for senior roles
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior leaders across businesses
• Genuine interest in inclusion, wellbeing, engagement and employee experience
