As a Conveyancing Executive, you will manage a dedicated caseload of new build plot sales for major housebuilders, handling all plot conveyancing needs from schemes to full transactions. You will work within a fast-paced Real Estate team, collaborating with clients and a Plots specialists group to support residential development work. This role offers hybrid working from central Bristol and the chance to contribute to a respected practice advising leading UK builders. You will drive accurate, timely outcomes in a high-volume, detail‑driven environment, with strong admin support and a wellbeing‑focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of new build plot sales for major UK housebuilders
• Handle all aspects of plot conveyancing, including schemes and full transaction requirements
• Collaborate with clients in a fast-paced, supportive environment
• Contribute to wider residential development work with a specialist Plots team

Key requirements

• Experience in plot sales or residential conveyancing
• Confident managing files with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Comfortable handling high-volume work without compromising service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with case management systems
• Title investigation experience desirable but not essential
