Responsibilities

• Support energy clients through pivotal transformations across the power & utility value chain
• Lead strategic engagements and delivery of transformation programs for utilities
• Develop go-to-market materials and customized proposals for global clients
• Manage multi-stakeholder projects with cross-functional teams and vendors
• Design and deliver market and technology programs, including go-to-market and roadmaps
• Oversee program scope, time, cost, and resource planning and reporting
• Lead quality assurance and stakeholder communications for large initiatives
• Develop data-driven insights and business cases to support future-proof utility models

Key requirements

• Experience in a consulting firm, industry, or government within local, European & US markets
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize complex information
• Third-level degree with strong academic record
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment
• Passion for the energy sector and utility transformation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills capable of influencing executives
