Overview
In this Insurance Support Officer role you help safeguard public resources by supporting insurance, risk management and claims activities across a local government partnership. You will work within a friendly team to handle claims, maintain records, and guide customers while liaising with insurers and brokers. The position offers broad exposure to the full insurance lifecycle and the chance to build relationships across organisations. You will contribute to protecting council assets and services used by residents, in a role that blends hands-on work with meaningful impact.

Key requirements
- RQF Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English Language
