Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Overview

As Senior IAM Engineer, you will lead IAM initiatives for a flagship account within Sopra Steria’s Aerospace, Defence and Security sector. You’ll act as the escalation focal point and handle a mix of ticketing tasks while supporting European-wide, high-profile IAM projects. The role is on-site in one of our regional hubs, with SC clearance eligibility a prerequisite. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance the IAM strategy and security posture in a demanding, national-security context.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the escalation focal point for IAM incidents and requests
• Handle a mix of general IAM ticket activities with customer focus
• Support project activities with direct involvement in large-scale, European-wide IAM initiatives

Key requirements

• Exchange 2010/2016 experience
• Understanding of Forefront Identity Management (FIM) and Microsoft Identity Management (MIM)
• Experience with Exchange CUs
• Good understanding of Group Policy (GPO)
• Experience with Mail AV/SPAM – Trend IMSVA
• Experience monitoring Exchange and AD services
• Microsoft Active Directory at Enterprise/Multi Forest scale
• Single Sign-On/PKI
• SC clearance eligibility
