Product Manager FinTech B2B

Overview

In this role you drive product initiatives for a rapidly growing fintech serving major banks and financial institutions. You work closely with another Product Manager in a fast, no-red-tape environment to shape strategy, roadmaps, and the product organization. You will act as a subject matter expert, shipping features that improve real customer outcomes while aligning with business priorities. The role sits in London with option for partial remote work, offering a high-energy, design- and tech-focused culture driven by meaningful business impact.

Responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert for the product area
• Lead Product Development efforts and decisions
• Own road mapping and strategy development
• Collaborate with Sales and tech stakeholders to deliver customer outcomes
• Contribute to building the product organization and culture
• Operate in a fast, decision-driven environment with emphasis on action

Key requirements

• 3+ years as software business analyst or product owner
• True technical product SME with relationships across sales and tech
• Experience with prioritisation, road mapping, and strategy
• Understanding of technology and software engineering practices
• Hands-on experience shipping products/features delivering customer value
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, including writing and managing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Business acumen and ability to adapt to changing priorities to achieve outcomes
