In this Bristol-based Private Client Senior Associate role, you’ll build and lead your own practice within a boutique firm. You’ll work in a focused private client environment, supported by experienced lawyers and a national referral network to handle complex matters. The role emphasizes autonomy, ownership, and rapid progression toward Partnership as you establish your reputation in the Bristol market. Responsibilities

• Develop and grow your own private client practice from day one
• Build relationships with clients and referral networks to generate high-quality work
• Manage and advise on complex private client matters including estate planning, wealth structuring, Court of Protection, and contentious issues
• Contribute to the growth of the Bristol office and its private client offering
• Operate with autonomy within a boutique, non-hierarchical environment
• Progress toward Partnership based on ambition and contribution
