Operations Manager (Electrification Service)

Overview

In this role you oversee the local units’ operations across the full value chain, including project management, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and planning. You develop action plans aligned with division strategy while ensuring adherence to HSE and integrity standards. You will drive operational performance, manage budgets, and optimize working capital. You work within a collaborative, learning-focused team and make an impact by improving efficiency and service levels. This role offers hybrid work from Coleshill and the chance to shape how operations run the world.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plan implementation and trigger corrective actions for deviations
• Prepare annual budget and manage operations within allocated resources
• Develop programs, goals, and metrics to raise operational performance and optimize working capital
• Ensure value chain perspective to meet customer requirements on quality, service levels, and lead times

Key requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Manufacturing/Engineering or related field
• Proven 5+ years in service or manufacturing operations management
• Strong leadership and people development experience
• Customer-centric mindset with commercial understanding
• Experience in operational excellence, quality management, and process improvement
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Full UK Driving licence
