Service Activation Manager, Integrated Health Solutions

Overview

In this role you drive the end-to-end delivery of ORMS and CLMS projects within Integrated Health Solutions, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met. You work closely with business development, SMEs, customers, and partners to activate complex healthcare supply chain solutions. You’ll manage governance, risk, and communications, delivering consistent, compliant implementations. This is a pivotal, impact-oriented position in a global healthcare leader focused on improving operational and clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of ORMS and CLMS projects ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives
• Define project plans, milestones, deliverables, and success measures with cross-functional input
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests with mitigation plans
• Serve as primary customer contact, building relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams, external vendors, and customer stakeholders
• Drive project governance including status reporting, stakeholder communications, decision tracking, and reviews
• Apply PMO standards, methodologies, tools, and quality requirements for regulatory compliance

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of project management experience supporting NHS customers
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex projects on time and within budget
• PMO-aligned certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
• Experience using project management tools and methodologies (Microsoft Project, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
• Experience in managed services, outsourcing, or healthcare operations environments
• Fluency in English; additional Dutch/Danish/French/German preferred
