Overview

In this role you will support the firm’s Recovery & Resolution Planning (RRP) program by coordinating global deliverables and assuring regulatory alignment. You will work within a federated team to produce and review RRP materials, participate in assurance exercises, and help implement new regulatory requirements. Your contributions will influence firm-wide strategic and financial objectives through strong governance and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers exposure to regulatory discussions and impact on the firm’s risk and resilience posture.

Responsibilities

  • Author, coordinate and review recovery and resolution plans and regulatory deliverables
  • Participate in designing and executing assurance exercises (e.g., capability testing, tabletop simulations)
  • Assess and implement new regulatory requirements
  • Support strategy, planning, and coordination of global RRP deliverables and responses to regulatory inquiries
  • Contribute to maintaining a robust governance and assurance framework around RRP deliverables

Key requirements

  • Knowledge of accounting, capital and/or liquidity concepts and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to interpret and implement RRP regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work with a federated team of 100+ individuals across divisions
  • Clear and concise communication across levels of seniority
  • Robust control mindset to develop and maintain governance around RRP deliverables
  • Analytical ability to review financial projections in recovery and resolution plans
  • Writing skills to produce regulatory submissions and review others’ materials
