Overview
As Global Head of Analytical Editorial Operations, you will define the global strategy for LexisNexis’ secondary content to drive trust, relevance, and value in customer workflows and AI-generated answers. You will lead a 150-person, cross-regional team to improve content currency, structure, and editorial quality while scaling GenAI-enabled capabilities. You will partner with Product, Technology, and commercial leaders to unlock new content opportunities and ensure responsible, high-quality content at scale. This role offers strategic influence across editorial governance, tooling adoption, and operational excellence to strengthen product and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Set global strategy and operating roadmap for Analytical Editorial Operations across multiple regions
- Partner with Segments, Product, GTO, Data Science, Product Operations, and commercial leaders to improve global Analytical products
- Lead adoption and scaling of GenAI-enabled analytical content capabilities (Agentic Content Platform, ACE, GenAI-augmented content updating)
- Transform editorial workflows to enhance currency, structure, discoverability, and efficiency while preserving editorial quality and trust
- Prioritize investments to improve answer set quality, relevance, completeness, and trustworthiness in Protégé
- Manage author/expert relationships and recruitment in collaboration with Commercial; uphold editorial standards
- Establish governance, performance metrics, human-in-the-loop controls, and risk management for GenAI workflows
- Use feedback, metrics, and usage data to drive continuous improvement in content quality and customer experience
- Provide strategic reporting and recommendations on content systems and global best practices to SVP, Global Editorial Operations
- Oversee global planning, budget, and investment prioritization for Analytical organization
- Build a high-performing, globally distributed workforce with talent development and change leadership
- Set and execute strategy for GenAI-enabled content, including ACP, ACE, and updating processes
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Data Science, and Commercial teams to deliver customer-facing AI outcomes
Key requirements
- 10+ years of global operations leadership with responsibility for delivery, quality, and financial performance
- Experience engaging with diverse, high-level P&L stakeholders
- Budget management experience
- Proven track record leading organizational transformation
- Strong process, engineering, and systems orientation
- Experience managing global delivery models and vendor partnerships at scale
- Demonstrated leadership of AI/GenAI/automation initiatives from strategy to adoption
- Experience with cross-functional delivery including Product, Technology, Data Science, commercial, and operations
- Ability to use data and customer feedback to improve content, search, retrieval, or AI-generated experiences
- Legal-content, secondary-content, publishing, or information-services experience preferred
- BA/BS + JD, MBA, or other advanced degree or equivalent experience
- Commercial fluency to justify content investments with leadership across segments, Product, and Finance
- Collaborative, deadline-driven leadership style with global matrix teams
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable strategies and changes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
