Responsibilities
- originate high-value opportunities across the UK within Manufacturing, Industrials & Defence
- develop and execute sector and intermediary coverage strategies
- build and lead strategic client, sponsor and adviser relationships
- lead structuring and execution of complex lending transactions with strong credit discipline

Key requirements
- significant experience as a senior originator and relationship leader in mid‑market or corporate banking
- proven ability to originate, structure and execute complex lending transactions (sponsor-backed and event-driven)
- exceptional credit and technical expertise with advanced financial analysis
- deep stakeholder management experience with a senior network across corporates, private equity sponsors and advisers
