Responsibilities
- Advise on complex built environment and real estate development matters
- Support major development and regeneration projects
- Handle infrastructure and energy-related developments
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver large-scale projects
- Engage with high-profile clients including developers, investors, funders and occupiers
Key requirements
- 4+ years PQE in construction law (non-contentious)
- Proven experience in complex real estate-led construction matters
- Commercially minded with ability to manage a varied workload
- Collaborative with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive with a drive to develop in a high-performing team
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales or Scotland)
