Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site UK operations to ensure safe, compliant and efficient driver performance
• Oversee fleet utilisation and service delivery to meet agreed KPIs
• Provide operational discipline, people leadership and financial accountability across all sites
• Manage driver and depot teams to sustain high safety and performance standards
• Guide the business through periods of growth or transformation

Key requirements

• Proven leadership experience in logistics, transportation or supply chain operations
• Track record managing fleet-based transport operations in a multi-site UK environment
• Strong P&L management with clear accountability for financial performance
• Deep knowledge of UK transport regulations and health and safety compliance
• Experience leading operational teams through growth, change or transformation
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
