Overview
In this role you will advise on a varied business immigration caseload for a respected national law firm. You will support clients across Higher Education, Healthcare and Commercial services, handling Skilled Worker visa matters, sponsor licences, compliance and right-to-work issues. You’ll work closely with a national team, contribute to client-facing projects and business development, and help drive the firm’s growth in immigration services. Responsibilities
- Advise on a varied caseload of business immigration matters
- Handle Skilled Worker visa applications and Sponsor licence processes
- Conduct sponsorship compliance and right-to-work audits
- Respond to immigration enforcement actions
- Provide immigration support on corporate transactions including due diligence
- Collaborate with clients and contribute to wider team projects
- Support business development and networking initiatives
Key requirements
- 4+ years’ PQE in business immigration
- Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
- Experience supporting corporate transactions (desirable)
- Strong commercial awareness and client-facing confidence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivation, organisation and a proactive mindset
- Interest in networking, BD and contributing to team growth
