Overview
In this contract-focused role, you will support planning and execution of offshore transport and installation campaigns for wind projects. You will develop technical documents and lift plans, coordinate with vessel crews, offshore teams and clients, and manage interfaces across engineering, marine operations, and HSE. You will monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure safe, efficient delivery. This position offers exposure to multiple offshore wind domains and international travel across upcoming projects.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of offshore transport and installation campaigns
- Develop engineering documents, work packs, lift plans and installation procedures
- Coordinate with vessel crews, offshore teams, subcontractors and client representatives
- Assist with mobilisation and demobilisation activities
- Manage interfaces between engineering, marine operations, HSE and project management teams
- Review technical documentation, risk assessments and method statements
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues during execution
- Ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements
Key requirements
- Degree qualified in Mechanical, Civil, Marine or Offshore Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience delivering offshore wind installation projects
- Strong understanding of offshore construction methodologies
- Experience working with developers, OEMs or major marine contractors
- Willingness to travel offshore or internationally where required
