Responsibilities

• Spearhead growth of the Birmingham Real Estate Litigation offering
• Develop and lead the local team in Birmingham
• Expand the practice locally while leveraging the national platform
• work closely with the national Real Estate Disputes group
• Manage and service high-profile commercial property disputes for national clients
• Engage with international retailers, major brands, and large occupiers on complex disputes

Key requirements

• Real Estate Litigation Solicitor with significant experience (typically 8+ years PQE)
• Strong technical expertise in commercial property disputes
