Overview

As a Business Development Manager for Plexus Aftermarket Services in Europe, you drive multi-million euro aftermarket opportunities with OEMs and technology leaders. You will collaborate with engineering, logistics and service teams to craft compelling sustainment solutions, while building strategic networks across Europe. You’ll stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes to shape our capture strategy and win value-driven deals. Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and capture high-value aftermarket opportunities and manage a target list aligned with the Customer of Choice strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, logistics, service delivery) to translate sustainment needs into end-to-end solutions
• Build and nurture multi-level relationships with European OEMs, technology brands, and industry stakeholders
• Maintain knowledge of European aftermarket trends, circular economy initiatives (WEEE, Right to Repair), and competitive dynamics to inform strategy
• Apply strategic selling and long-cycle sales approaches to uncover pain points and demonstrate value over price

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with sales or business development experience; European exposure to electronic aftermarket services, repair/refurbishment, or reverse logistics is highly preferred
• Proven ability to generate sales pipelines and manage complex B2B relationships
• Willingness and ability to travel across Europe; fluency in English, with additional European languages (German or French) advantageous
