Responsibilities

• Manage a varied commercial property caseload including freehold/leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Handle landlord and tenant matters and commercial leases
• Oversee property finance, development and investment transactions
• Progress matters efficiently and proactively while maintaining high professional standards
• Provide clear, regular communication to clients and third parties
• Collaborate with colleagues across the department while managing own transactions independently

Key requirements

• At least 4 years’ PQE in commercial property
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial property matters
• Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
• Confidence managing transactions independently
• Strong commercial awareness and client care skills
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work with colleagues
• Ambition to progress to partnership (for the right candidate)
