Senior Solutions Consultant, Supply Chain Optimization

Overview

As a Senior Consultant at Kinaxis, you will lead complex, multi-phase supply chain deployments and integrate Maestro with customer processes. You’ll partner with Solution Architects to shape process design, configure solutions, and guide customers to rapid value realization. You will apply advanced optimization and AI techniques to improve performance and lead workshops and trainings to enable customer success. You’ll mentor junior consultants and drive cross-functional collaboration to solve high-impact supply chain challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery sessions for complex implementations
• Partner with Solution Architect on process design and technical direction
• Configure products to customer needs per approved architecture
• Escalate and resolve complex configuration issues
• Apply optimization and AI techniques to improve supply chain performance
• Validate solutions, capture feedback, and plan escalations
• Lead deployment workshops with customer training and value realization
• Provide technical leadership to junior consultants and support deployment milestones
• Mentor and guide junior team members throughout projects

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
• 5+ years in software implementation or deployment in supply chain planning/execution
• 2–3 years in functional leadership for system configurations or deployments
• 2–3 years in business process design for supply chain software implementations
• Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking abilities
• Self-starter and fast learner in a dynamic environment
• Proven leadership with customers and executive sponsors
• Ability to work in a matrixed team and remote environments
• Advanced knowledge of supply chain concepts (forecasting, MRP, constraint management, production scheduling)
• Experience with Maestro, SAP, Oracle or Blue Yonder in supply chain contexts
• Proficiency in SQL, R and/or JavaScript
• Willingness to travel up to 50% on average (75% occasionally)
