HR Business Partner, PXT

Overview

In this HR Business Partner role, you’ll enhance the employee experience by applying HR programs, processes and tools to managers. You’ll resolve complex employee issues, shape policies, and drive positive relations across sites such as fulfilment centres and delivery hubs. You’ll work with data to inform decisions, lead projects, and support colleagues’ development. This role connects people strategies with business goals, offering opportunities to influence culture and grow your career within Amazon’s People Experience and Technology Solutions team.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver projects aligned to business goals
• Coordinate with stakeholders for data collection and policy rollout
• Resolve high-level employee issues including grievances and disciplinary matters
• Coach and develop HR colleagues and stakeholders
• Coordinate with work councils and unions to improve employee relations
• Analyse dashboards and report key metrics for site leadership
• Support talent reviews and strategy development with senior stakeholders
• Contribute to ongoing culture optimization and new skills development for colleagues

Key requirements

• Knowledge of local labor law
• Experience in HR in international, fast-paced environment
• Experience in call centre, distribution centre, or manufacturing setting
• Experience supporting hourly employee client group
• Experience with MS Office and HR Information Systems
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
