Senior .NET Developer – Data & Product Analytics (Health Insurance Platform)

Overview

In this role you will build and enhance the policy and claims management platform while establishing a data-driven product analytics capability. You will work within a Scrum team to deliver core features and own end-to-end data pipelines and analytics tooling that power KPIs and user insights. You’ll collaborate with the Product Manager to define meaningful metrics and instrument the app for analytics. This hybrid position blends hands-on development with data analysis to influence roadmap and resource allocation. Responsibilities

• Develop features across the policy and claims management product using .NET (C#), ASP.NET Core, Angular, SQL Server and MongoDB
• Design, implement RESTful APIs and messaging with NServiceBus; contribute to design reviews and shared libraries
• Instrument the application to capture usage data (event tracking, feature flags, logging, telemetry)
• Build and maintain data pipelines and data models to support analytics (SQL Server, MongoDB)
• Create dashboards/reports and perform exploratory data analysis to surface insights
• Define product KPIs with Product Manager and align analytics with business objectives

Key requirements

• Strong commercial experience with .NET / C# and ASP.NET Core
• Experience with Angular or a modern SPA framework
• Proficiency with SQL Server (schema design, complex queries, performance tuning)
• Experience with MongoDB or NoSQL document stores
• RESTful APIs and messaging frameworks (NServiceBus)
• Proven ability in data analysis/analytics engineering; complex SQL for reporting
• Experience with dashboards/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
