Senior User Experience Designer – GenAI

Overview

As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will guide the design of a strategic GenAI tool built from scratch, trained on our vast data assets. You will join a growing UX team and partner with internal stakeholders and external customers to shape a high-impact product used by clients worldwide. You’ll lead the GenAI project with support from the wider team, driving user-centered decisions and scalable design. This role offers a clear path to leadership and a meaningful opportunity to influence how customers become more efficient through data-driven experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GenAI tool design from concept to delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to define requirements

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely outcomes
• Mentor team members and contribute to the UX roadmap
