Associate Director MEP Cost Management – Real Estate

As Associate Director in the MEP Real Estate team, you will lead cost consultancy efforts across a diverse real estate portfolio. You will drive value through cost planning, procurement, tendering and post‑contract management, shaping outcomes for clients and project teams. Responsibilities

• Lead cost consultancy activities: feasibility estimating, cost planning, procurement, tender docs and evaluation, value engineering, commercial management, fee generation, dispute resolution, and post‑contract management

• Drive performance through clear communication, coaching and performance management
• Contribute to projects with technical evaluation, analysis and problem solving
• Provide technical guidance to team members on project and technical matters

• Oversee service delivery to achieve high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction

Key requirements

• Proven track record delivering high quality cost management/quantity surveying services within the MEP space
• Professionally qualified (RICS or similar)
• Degree or HNC level qualification
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience delivering MEP elements for clients
• Knowledge and contacts within the MEP supply chain (tier 1 and below)
• Utilising digital software for delivery of cost management services
• Commercially astute with good negotiation skills
