Supply Chain Coordinator

Overview

In this role, you will support procurement and supplier management to boost supply chain efficiency across Liebherr GB. You work with the SQE team and Purchasing Services to uphold the Supplier Code of Conduct, manage risk, and monitor supplier performance. You will drive continuous improvement in sustainability across the supply chain and help resolve issues to optimise relationships. This is a hands-on role that links governance, audits, and supplier collaboration to deliver measurable value for the business.

Responsibilities

• Champion adherence to The Liebherr Group Supplier Code of Conduct and Liebherr-GB Supply Chain Policy
• Develop and maintain supplier risk analysis criteria and performance mechanisms
• Review significant supply agreements, contracts and terms
• Develop and maintain a robust supplier evaluation & approval process and manage supplier data access
• Perform due diligence across upstream and downstream suppliers
• Support supplier audits and preparation for IKS audits
• Establish acceptance criteria for products/services and quality standards
• Develop and maintain a complaints mechanism for product or supplier quality issues
• Identify savings opportunities via contract reviews and benchmarking
• Assist in resolving supplier issues and pursuing continuous improvement
• Identify internal training needs for supply chain competence
• Support data gathering for Carbon Reporting obligations
• General administration of processes and documentation
• Present progress and improvements to management
