Responsibilities

• Advising landowner clients on agricultural property matters
• Supporting development and strategic land projects
• Handling purchases, sales, refinancing, easements, tenancies and first registrations
• Building trusted relationships with clients and referrers
• Collaborating with specialists across agriculture, private client, planning and commercial teams

Key requirements

• 1+ PQE with qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Property experience is essential with backgrounds in agricultural, commercial, or residential property
• Genuine interest in developing a career within Agricultural Property
• Strong communication skills and a commercial approach to client advice
• Keen to learn, develop and join a specialist team
