Responsibilities

• Manage a clinical negligence caseload on instruction from NHS Resolution
• Advise on complex issues and high-severity injury claims
• Work under partner supervision and maintain client contact
• Develop opportunities for client contact and business development

Key requirements

• Minimum of 1 year PQE in clinical negligence
• Experience handling clinical negligence matters
• Willingness to engage in defendant work
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to work with senior partners and contribute to BD efforts
