In this role you will oversee key customer accounts to drive service quality, profitability and long-term growth. You will act as the main client interface and coordinate with Sales, Engineering and Operations to deliver on commitments and expand opportunities. You will manage financial performance, contracts and risk while ensuring efficient, compliant execution. Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for operational and commercial matters for assigned accounts; build strong relationships and lead meetings and strategic discussions
  • Drive profitability by managing pricing, costs, margins, and accurate financial forecasting (revenue, backlog, order intake)
  • Oversee contract execution to minimize risk and ensure policy compliance; secure timely payments and manage pricing deviations
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure seamless order execution and maintain accurate ERP data
  • Drive continuous improvement to raise service levels and operational efficiency; monitor industry trends and risks
  • Report to TT Electronics leadership on customer status, opportunities, problems and outlook

Key requirements

  • Proven project management experience
  • Ability to read and analyze business reports and P&L; perform basic financial calculations
  • Data collection and problem solving in varied situations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business systems software (CRM, ERP)
  • Willingness to work from Fairford site with potential UK and international travel
