Senior Buyer

Overview

In this role you will lead a procurement team within Pall’s on-site Redruth site to deliver on-time supplier performance and lower inventories. You will apply SAP S4 Hana for planning, and drive continuous improvement to optimize processes and cost. You’ll engage with cross-functional teams, attend site management meetings, and mentor the buyers to strengthen negotiations and supplier relationships. The position blends strategic procurement with hands-on leadership to support Pall’s mission of enabling life sciences and health-related innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to achieve departmental goals
• Work within SAP S4 Hana using MRP system
• Use continuous improvement tools to develop and introduce effective processes
• Attend weekly site management meetings
• Conduct regular 1 to 1’s with team members
