Overview

As a Finance Systems & Process Business Analyst, you join the Finance PMO to support a global transformation across Finance Business Services. You will translate complex finance requirements into practical solutions, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and map improvements to finance processes and data flows. You’ll help build business cases, contribute to testing, change management, reporting, and governance to drive efficiency and data quality. This is a high-impact role in a collaborative, values-driven firm shaping sustainable, scalable finance operations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse and translate complex business requirements into functional solutions
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and workshops with cross-functional teams
  • Map, model, and improve finance processes and data flows
  • Support business case development and benefits tracking
  • Contribute to testing, change management, reporting, and project governance activities

Key requirements

  • Strong experience in business analysis within a finance environment
  • Extensive knowledge of finance processes, systems, and data flows
  • Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional solutions
  • Experience in process mapping, workflow analysis, and process modelling
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and transactional data
  • Experience supporting change initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption activities
