Overview
In this role you will join a well-regarded regional firm’s Private Family team in Exeter to handle privately funded family matters. You will work in a supportive environment with training and mentoring and a clear progression path. You will advise on divorce, financial remedies, TOLATA, Schedule 1, child arrangements, and injunctions, while managing your own caseload and collaborating with the team. This is a junior-to-mid level opportunity for NQ to 3 PQE Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives, with a focus on client service and career development. Responsibilities
- Advise on divorce and separation
- Handle financial remedy proceedings
- Work on TOLATA disputes
- Manage Schedule 1 Children Act applications
- Deal with child arrangements disputes
- Handle urgent injunctions
- Manage own caseload and develop client relationships
- Collaborate with the Private Family team and maintain high-quality client service
Key requirements
